Located on Los Angeles hills this sleek, modern residence has bespoke and unique space. Interior is filled with luxurious textures, stainless steel accents and minimalist cabinetry. All the furniture were custom made for Client’s specific needs. The space is divided by sole full height pocket glass doors, and when hidden the interior is a definition of open space concept.
My Responsibilities
- Project Management from Design Development to Construction drawings working closely with Design Lead
- Created interior details drawings, sourced FF&E and researched design/construction solution
- Coordination of various consultants including mechanical and electrical review in conjunction with interior drawings
- Contract administration – shop drawings reviews, RFI’s
